When we read the judiciary system there is no detail description .As every body knows present system get verdict it is time consuming and also very costly and lawyer Charge are very high and genaral public can’t approach judiciary due to this .
Their for if part explain system they are going to introduce so genal public get verdic of the court faster and with Less expenses
Thought of reading something useful, like an action time plan. But even preparing a plan to come out of the situation has not been described. What is the difference between Pohottuwa, UNP and JVP when it comes to the pre planning prior to take the power
Make sure all citizens are equal and from top to bottom , President to ordinary citizen under same law! But when punishment s are imposed,
Double the fine or punishment to people who know the law, like President, ministers, Mp, members of divisional secretaries, police, army, navy, Air Force,lawyers, judges, members of judicial authority,all civil servants, etc… who knows the law must obey !
Give them double fines, double punishment than ordinary citizens who struggle to live!
Do not depend on Trafic fines! Trafic fines should be adjusted to public income standards!
Taking unbearable fine from a driver who gets 30-40 thousand salary, how can he feed his family when taking high fines ! Must be bearable and reasonable!
By getting another credit line, it’s better to fix cameras stating from Colombo city limits and gradually extend island wide within 5 years a system to catch who does wrong or against the law, should be automatically fined and everyone has to pay fines when they get the charge sheet and compelled to pay fines !
The discipline of road automatically begins when keep on doing wrong on the road, they have to keep on paying fines! All private bus drivers, three wheelers, motorcycle drivers, and VIPs will stop braking rules!
Road accident will be minimized! Road discipline will add Colourmax to city!
3. Raise the standards of Farmers lives!
Making them partners of mega cultivation projects
Can give you all a idea how to start this massive program gradually and within 5 years while farming community become rich and independent, Country will be self sufficient with rice, vegetables and fruits and many more commodities! Foreign exchange by exports.
More jobs created in the fields of machinery, packaging, logistics, etc… family together living happily without sending their spouses abroad . Unity among villagers, less social disturbances, killings, fighting!
Results will come within one year after implementation!
Within 10 years majority of citizens become sober!
I very much like to believe that your intentions are genuine. Still people have to be convinced that the JVP who created havoc in this Country have no part in the present organisation. If you do that you will succeed.
