How NPP is going to solve the ethnic crisis?

NPP will propose a new constitution for which the national consensus is obtained. Though the 13th amendment is embodied in the 1978 constitution, it has not been able to find a lasting solution. The education policy needs to clearly state the NPP take on teacher education. One of the main problems we see in the field is substandard teachers appointed to schools where they cannot uphold even the existing reforms. I think it is a must at least to have an MSc in education to appoint teachers.

Under an NPP government, no teacher is sent to a classroom without minimum one year training despite academic qualifications. Teachers should have continuous capacity building programmes and every five years they need to renew their teaching licenses.
