Currently, there is a big discrepancy when compared with private sector. (Eg. What is your vision regarding current government sector salary compression ratio and Nation Wage Policy?

Dear Concerns, Im asking this question staing on a potatial hypothasis that NPP is the upcoming governing party of Sri Lanka, I would like to know if there is an ethical and realistic action plan on all kind of illigal substances and post subtance abuse disorders and related number of issues, I wish you strength to direct our island toward to the future that every soul dream about.

The rule of law will be re-established, and the police, the main body responsible for this operation, will become an institution solely focused on public security without the inhibition of political influence, which is the primary reason the police are currently unable to effectively conduct their operations against narcotics. State-run rehabilitation facilities will be provided with the necessary resources to offer free and efficient services to patients suffering from post-substance abuse disorders and related issues. We will also consider opening more facilities to meet the current public requirement. Private facilities will be regulated and monitored to ensure quality and safety. Our policy is to ensure that all patients with substance abuse problems receive optimal care and are treated with dignity, recognizing them as victims of the illegal drug mafia rather than as criminals or people to be discriminated against.
