ඊයේ (09) රැස්වූ කැබිනට් මණ්ඩලය ව්‍යවස්ථා විරෝධීව ඔවුන්ගේ බලය ඉක්මවා යමින් මැතිවරණ කොමිසමට බලපෑම් කර පළාත් පාලන මැතිවරණය සඳහා ඇප මුදල් බාර නොගන්නැයි පළාත් පාලන අමාත්‍යාංශයේ ලේකම් මගින් සියලුම දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම්වරුන්ට ලිඛිතව දන්වා ඇතැයි ජාතික ජන බලවේගයේ නායක අනුර දිසානායක ප්‍රකාශ කළේය. එහෙත් මෙම කැබිනට් මණ්ඩලය ආණ්ඩුක්‍රම ව්‍යවස්ථාවවත් නොදන්නා බව දිස්ත්‍රික් තේරීම්භාර නිලධාරීන් වෙනුවට දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම්වරුන්ට එම නියෝගය නිකුත් කිරීමෙන් පෙනී යන්නේ යැයි ඔහු සඳහන් කළේය.

මෙම බලපෑම් නොසලකා මැතිවරණ කොමිෂන් සභාව ඇප මුදල් තැන්පත් කිරිම් භාරගන්නා ලෙස දිස්ත්‍රික් තේරීම්භාර නිලධාරීන් වෙත දැනුම් දී ඇතැයිද ඒ අනුව නියමිත පරිදි මැතිවරණය පැවැත්වීමට එම කොමිෂන් සභාව කටයුතු කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් සහ ආණ්ඩුවේ බලපෑම්වලට යටත් නොවීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් ස්තූතිවන්ත වන්නේ යැයිද ඔහු වැඩිදුරටත් පැවසීය.

අවුරුදු හැත්තෑ පහකට ආසන්න කාලයක් රට විනාශ කළ එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂයට හා ශ්‍රී ලංකා නිදහස් පක්ෂයට යළි රට භාරදීමට මේ රටේ ජනතාව සූදානම් නැතැයි ජනතා විමුක්ති පෙරමුණේ ප්‍රධාන ලේකම් ටිල්වින් ද සිල්වා පවසයි.

හෙතෙම මේ අදහස් පළ කළේ ඉකුත්දා මොනරාගල නව සතිපොළ භූමියේදී පැවැති ජාතික ජන බලවේගයේ මොනරාගල ආසන සමුළුව අමතමිනි.

ප්‍රධාන ලේකම්වරයා එහිදී මෙසේද කීය.

ජාතික ජන බලවේගය ග්‍රාම නිලධාරි වසම් මට්ටමින් ජන සභා පිහිටුවමින් රට පුරා යනවා. විවිධ පක්ෂවලට සහාය දුන්න පිරිස් මාලිමාව වටා එක්රොක් වෙමින් සිටින බව පැහැදිලියි. ඒ නිසා ඉදිරියේ කුමන මැතිවරණයක් පැවැත්වුවත් ජාතික ජන බලවේගයේ මාලිමාවට ජය හිමිවේ යැයි අප විශ්වාස කරනවා.

මාරුවෙන් මාරුවට රට පාලනය කළ එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකා නිදහස් පක්ෂය ප්‍රමුඛ ආණ්ඩුව රට බංකොලොත් කළා. දෙගොල්ලෝ දෙපැත්තට වෙලා රටේ සම්පත් විනාශ කරමින් තරගයට සොරකම් කළා. අද ඒ කණ්ඩායම් දෙකම එකට එකතු වෙලා. රට හදන්න වැඩපිළිවෙළක් අරඹන්න රටේ ජනතාවගේ සුබසිද්ධිය උදෙසා සටන් කරන ජාතික ජන බලවේගය වෙනම සිටිනවා. ජනතාව මේ වන විට තේරුම්ගෙන තිබෙනවා රට ගොඩනැඟීමට හැකියාව ඇත්තේ ජාතික ජන බලවේගය ප්‍රමුඛ ප්‍රගතිශීලී බලවේගයට බව.

රනිල්ගේ ආර්ථික ප්‍රතිපත්තිය වන්නේ බදු ගැසීම, ණය ගැනීම සහ දේපළ විකිණීමයි. රටේ පාඩු ලබන ආයතන පමණක් නොව ලාභ ලබන ආයතනත් විකිණීමට යනවා. ගොවියා, ධීවරයා, කම්කරුවා සහ රාජ්‍ය සේවකයන් අද අන්ත අසරණ තත්ත්වයට පත්වෙලා. එදා වේල කන්න නොහැකි වෙලා. පොහොර නැතිව ගොවියා අතරමං වෙලා, ඉන්ධන නැතිව ධීවරයා අතරමං වෙලා, කුලී වැඩ කරමින් එදිනෙදා කීයක් හරි හොයාගත් කම්කරුවා අන්ත අසරණ තත්ත්වයට පත්වෙලා.

රජයේ රෝහල්වල බෙහෙත් නැහැ. පාසල් දරුවන්ට පොත්පත් ටික ගන්න විධියක් නැහැ. භාණ්ඩ මිල අහස උසට ඉහළ ගිහින්. රනිල් රාජපක්ෂ ආණ්ඩුවට මේවාට විසඳුම් නැහැ. ඉදිරියේදී පැවැත්වෙන සියලුම මැතිවරණවලට ජාතික ජන බලවේගය ඇතුළු සන්ධානය සූදානම්. ඒ සියලු මැතිවරණවලින් ජාතික ජන බලවේගය ජයග්‍රහණය කරනවා. ඒ සඳහා සියලුම දෙනා අත්වැල් බැඳගන්නා ලෙස ඉල්ලා සිටිනවා.

ජාතික ජන බලවේගයේ විධායක සභික පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රි හරිනි අමරසූරිය

ඌව වෙල්ලස්ස ඓතිහාසික සටන් බිමක්. තම ගොවිබිම් රැකගැනීමට දිවි පරදුවට තබා සටන් කළ පිරිසක් මෙහි ජීවත් වුණා. ඊට සක්‍රියව කාන්තාවන් දායක වුණා. අද රටේ පවතින ආර්ථික අහේනියෙන් වැඩියෙන්ම පීඩා විඳින්නේ කාන්තාවන්. මවුවරුන් සහ දරුවන් මන්දපෝෂණයට ගොදුරුවෙලා. දරුවාට කිරිපිටි ටික නැහැ. පෝෂ්‍යදායි ආහාර වේලක් දෙන්න බැරි වෙලා. මෙම තත්ත්වයට රනිල් රාජපක්ෂ ආණ්ඩුව සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම වගකිව යුතුයි. මෙම තත්ත්වය වෙනස් කිරීමට රටේ සමස්ත කාන්තාව පෙරමුණට ආ යුතුයි. ජාතික ජන බලවේගයේ ආණ්ඩුවකින් පමණයි රටේ පවතින ආර්ථික සහ සමාජයීය ගැටලුවලට විසඳුම් ලබාදිය හැක්කේ.
